Our credit card payments are made through the Payment Express payment gateway. You will be directed to the Payment Express website to complete your payment. We do not store any credit card details on our website.

Purchases made through this website indicate the acceptance of our terms and policies including this privacy policy, delivery policy and delivery and returns policies.

Payment for goods and services through this website is made in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and may be converted at time of purchase to the relevant exchange rate if transaction is made outside of New Zealand.

New Zealand payments collect 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) for all New Zealand purchases.

Dispatch Of Goods And Ownership

Goods will be dispatched only after payment has been received in full either electronically through the payment gateway (Payment Express, Stripe, Paypal or similar) or once funds have cleared through Internet banking deposits into our bank account.

Ownership of any products available through this website is retained by Beaut Bees (2014) Limited trading as Kiwi Royal until full payment has been received.

Delivery Information

Products are generally shipped within 3 days of your order. Depending on where your shipping address is, orders may take up to 2 weeks in some circumstances (international shipping).

You can check your orders at the My Account page if you chose to create an account on purchase.

Returns Policy

Products that arrive broken may be replaced along with your delivery costs. Proof suc as a time and date stamped photograph may be required. Please contact us at to proceed with the return. Please note: International orders cannot be returned to New Zealand once shipped as per below.

International Orders

Due to the strict New Zealand exporting and importing regulations for Bee products and honey, orders shipped Internationally from New Zealand CANNOT be returned whether opened OR unopened.

New Zealand Shipped Products

Products shipped to New Zealand addresses may be considered for return in accordance to the NZ Consumers Guarantee Act. Any other reason for return such as simply unwanted items being returned will not be accepted or refunded.

Customers returning items for any reason are responsible for all courier costs involved however please contact us FIRST to discuss any issues you may have with our products and we are committed to working to find a solution where possible for your concerns.
